Subscribe & Save is Burgess Pet Care’s subscription service that lets you schedule regular deliveries of your pet’s favourite food and treats while saving up to 15% on eligible products. Selected bundles receive a 5% saving.

Subscribe to regular deliveries and save up to 15% every time you order on the following Burgess Pet Care products: 

• All Burgess Sensitive Dog Food
• All Burgess Supadog Dog Food
• All Burgess Cat Food 
• Selected Burgess Rabbit, Guinea Pig, and Small Animal Food
• All Burgess Excel Tasty Feeding Hay 

On the product page, you’ll see an option to either complete a one-time purchase at full price or to subscribe and save 15%.

You can save up to 15% on eligible individual products with every recurring order. Selected bundles qualify for a 5% discount.

Simply:

1. Choose your pet’s favourite product.
2. Select your preferred delivery frequency.
3. Complete checkout as normal.
4. Receive future deliveries automatically at your chosen interval.

As a standard, we offer subscription frequencies between 1 week up to 3 months! You can manage your subscription and find a frequency that works for you and your pet within your online account.

You can update your payment information quickly and securely through your online account.

No. There is no long-term commitment, and you can cancel, pause or amend your subscription whenever you choose.

Yes. Eligible products can be subscribed to individually, allowing you to create multiple subscriptions for different pets or products.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. However, if an order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

You can easily make changes to your subscription through your account on our website. You’ll always receive a friendly reminder 3 days before your renewal is due. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed, we cannot offer a refund or cancel your order. 

We offer free delivery on all orders over £30 to UK mainland addresses. This also includes all Burgess Sensitive 2kg products, and Burgess Excel Adult Rabbit Nuggets with Mint 10kg. For more information on delivery, have a read of our FAQS page.
